1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at studio.integify.io or engaging Integify Studio ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Integify Studio provides branding, web design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. A project brief or proposal accepted by the client constitutes a binding agreement for that project.

3. Payments & Fees

• All fees are quoted and invoiced in the currency agreed at the start of the project.
• A deposit is required before work commences. The deposit amount is specified in the project proposal.
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in the payment schedule provided.
• Late payments may incur a delay in deliverables. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — including substantial changes to the project brief after work has begun — may be subject to additional fees. We will always notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (logos, website source code, brand assets) transfers to the client. All preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of Integify Studio.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information and content in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the timeframe specified in the project schedule.
• Ensuring that any materials provided to us (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has commenced, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are due and payable. The initial deposit is non-refundable in cases of client-initiated cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Integify Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You may not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage or impair the website's availability or accessibility. You may not use our website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
